Mariya joined Phoenix Music International in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Music Industry Management already under her belt. Having been brought up in an eclectic and bohemian environment in Bulgaria, she applied her energy, passion and experience to the London scene, achieving notable success in promoting a diverse range of bands and artists. Her natural affinity with copyright, has led to a major reorganization of the administration of company`s publishing rights and market presence of our master rights. Having managed our Digital and Publishing departments, she is now Head of Operations.
