Starting at PMI in 2016 as an apprentice in memory of Felix Hines, William’s role has developed alongside his exploration of different areas of the company and wider music business. As the International Music Rights Manager, William manages PMI's YouTube channels and CMS, oversees neighbouring rights administration, and supports publishing operations. Prior to working at PMI, William has gained experience in areas of the music industry including music journalism and radio – having interned at NME Magazine in London and Channel 103 in Jersey. Alongside working in his role at PMI, William also furthered his music industry knowledge by studying an MA in Music Business at Middlesex University.
