In memory of Felix Hines, William was the second apprentice here at Phoenix. Felix was constantly looking for opportunities for young people to work and gain experience in the industry as he appreciated how difficult it was to get the opportunity. With a strong passion for all aspects of music, William has worked in areas ranging from radio and production through to music journalism. He now oversees the classical label, Collins Classics, supervises PMI's YouTube channels and CMS, administers neighbouring rights and assists with publishing duties.
